ALCAN BEAUTY (Cebal Verpackungen Scheßlitz) bought a Plastic Tube Production Plant in Russia near Moscow, in Noginsk. It is planned to invest nearly EUR 17.0 millions into this plant to become the biggest plastic tube producer in the CIS states. ALCAN is scheduling to supply plastic tubes to cosmetic companies having an operation in the CIS-states.
ALCAN is the 3rd foreign company establishing a factory for the production of plastic tubes in the CIS-states. Besides of ALCAN also Scandolara and Lageen have factories for making plastic tubes there.
