From now on we are offering an additional service to our customers: We send our specialists (mechanicians, electricians, electro engineers) for repair and overhauling works on site in the factory of our customers.
Nowadays a tube or can making enterprise can hardly afford to run an own workshop. In general such workshops are not used to 100% capacity during a year - thus personnel is more and more reduced. But what to do, if bigger repair or maintenance works or the like are necessary which cannot be made by the own personnel? For this case we are offering our assistance. Our qualified specialists having a long term practical experience in the tube and can manufacturing industry repair and maintain your machines quickly and at a reasonable price. Also modernisations in the electrics, such as modification to SPS control or exchange of old control units against new ones, e.g. Siemens S 7 or the installation of modern motor drives can be made by us.
We also would be pleased to discuss with you how to increse the efficiency of your old tube/can line by selective modernisation of machines. For example the quality of the internal lacquer of tubes and cans can decisively be improved by extending a HIL-08 or HIL-10 from 4 to 6 spraying guns.
